Partnerships

There are several organisations throughout the UK, known as Competent Monitoring Authorities (CMAs), who are involved with the monitoring and data collection for this programme.  These comprise

• Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI)
• Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (CEFAS)
• Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA)
• Environment Agency (EA)
• Marine Scotland Science (MSS). Additionally MSS submit contaminants data on behalf of Food Standards Scotland (FSS).
• Natural Resource Wales (NRW)
• Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA)
